The aim of psychological therapy is to help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives. We all have experiences or circumstances in our lives that cause difficulty, depression or anxiety. Psychologists use talking therapy to help you understand your feelings and behaviours better and, if you want to, to change your behaviour or the way you think about things.
